Who am I?

Hi, I'm Vanessa — and I know exactly how it feels to be uncomfortable in your own skin.

At my heaviest, I was 92kg, hiding behind baggy clothes and avoiding mirrors. I spent years trying traditional gym routines and endless cardio, seeing some results but feeling empty and disconnected from my body.

Everything changed in 2022 when I discovered calisthenics.

My first pull-up? Life-changing. Not because of how it looked, but because of how it made me FEEL. Strong. Capable. Unstoppable.

Today, I'm 72kg and completely in love with movement. After transforming my own body and helping hundreds of women do the same, I know your body is capable of incredible things.
