This is where the method comes to life. Smart calisthenics, fuel based nutrition, and deep accountability all working together over 12 weeks. You're training with purpose, eating to fuel your body, and being coached every step of the way. This is where transformation happens.

Phase 3 — Anti Rebound

Most people lose weight and bounce right back. This phase is designed to prevent that. We strategically transition your body and habits so the results you've built aren't fragile. You won't be white knuckling your way through maintenance.

It's written into my client agreement that as long as you follow the plan we agree on — your training, steps, nutrition, and check ins — and you don't get the result we've set together, I'll either refund you or keep coaching you for free until you do. This isn't guesswork. I take your result seriously.

Most online coaches hand you a template plan and check in once a week. I coach you 1:1 with fully personalised training and nutrition, weekly adjustments, and direct access to me.
